Process Engineering Technician | Manufacturing Process Support | Tampines

We're hiring Process Engineering Technicians to support production processes, resolve manufacturing issues and maintain smooth operations within a server manufacturing facility.

Job Details

• Location: Tampines
• Basic salary: up to $4500 PLUS AM/PM shift allowance + meal allowance + transportation allowance
• Working arrangement: 4-day workweek after training
• Shift duration: 12 hours, rotating shifts
• Initial training: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm

What You'll Do

• Provide technical support for daily manufacturing operations
• Troubleshoot production process issues and abnormalities
• Assist engineers with process improvements and optimisation
• Monitor production performance and identify recurring issues
• Support process validation, documentation and implementation of changes
• Work with production and quality teams to improve manufacturing efficiency

What We're Looking For

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline
• Relevant experience in manufacturing process support or engineering operations
• Familiarity with troubleshooting, production processes and technical documentation
• Able to identify process issues and support corrective actions
• Comfortable working rotating 12-hour shifts after training
