Process Excellence & Digital Transformation Manager (Continuous Improvement)

Join DHL's Central Europe (covering CZ, HU, PL ad SK) HR Services team and play a key role in shaping how we work across the EMEA region. We are looking for an experienced process improvement and transformation professional to drive operational excellence, automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges, leading cross-functional projects, leveraging technology to improve processes, and influencing stakeholders across multiple countries. HR experience is welcome but not required. Candidates from with experience in Operations Excellence, Transformation, and similar environments are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
- Lead process improvement and transformation initiatives across EMEA.
- Drive automation and digitalization projects using technologies such as AI, workflow automation, analytics, and self-service solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, compliance, and customer experience.
- Use data, KPIs, and business insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Manage cross-functional projects and change initiatives from idea to implementation.
- Partner with regional leaders and stakeholders to standardize and optimize processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor on process excellence, transformation, automation, and governance topics.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Process Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Business Transformation, Operational Excellence, or Project Management.
- Experience delivering transformation, automation, digitalization, or process improvement initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
- Ability to work with data, KPIs, dashboards, and business insights.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, or Design Thinking is advantageous.
- Fluent English and Hungarian
- SixSigma Certification, Green Belt Level / Advisor First Choice
