As Process Expert SC Facilities, you play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the processes and systems that keep our Supply Chain network running efficiently. From supporting distribution centers across Europe to collaborating with IT and business stakeholders, you ensure our Facility processes are reliable, scalable, and future-proof. You will become part of the SC Support & Process department, where process management, project management, and analytics come together to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across our Supply Chain organization. This is your daily action - Optimize & Improve: Analyze facility process, system, and MHE performance issues, identify root causes, and translate findings into practical improvements. - Bridge Business & IT: Work closely with Facility departments, Distribution Centers, Transport, and Planning teams to understand operational challenges and translate business needs into clear IT specifications. - Problem & Incident Management: Manage and resolve process-related issues, incidents, and bottlenecks across DC and Transport operations, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders. - End-to-End Implementation: Follow facility process and system improvements from initial opportunity identification through to implementation, system go-lives, and on-site support for new DC openings. - Testing & Quality Assurance: Prepare, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), End-to-End testing, and Production Acceptance testing for system releases and SAP/facility process changes. - Docume...
