Process Flow Leader
Responsible of the Manufacturing Area daily process flow operation focusing in the coordination of tasks, assigning priorities, verification and management of documentation associated to area. Assure process flow of product to comply with daily production plan. Ensure a good and healthy work environment through the compliance of procedures, company policies, operational and safety standards.
Accountable for:
• Generates NCR for non- conforming product & materials
• Assure Manufacturing Area personnel perform their duties with high sense of Quality Awareness
• Identify area disciplinary situations
o Provide feedback to the associate
o Elevate situation to area manager or leader for consequent investigation
• Assure all Manufacturing Area resources are available and within compliance.
o Human resources are certified in their respective operations
o Area required equipment is operational
o Area equipment is in compliance with its calibration/PMs
o Area operational supplies are available
• Coordinate associates vacation plan
• Assure all manufacturing products are sent to sterilization area
• Assure production goals are achieved.
o Monitoring area daily production performance
• Perform safety daily monitoring Audits
o Generates accidents / incidents reports as needed
• Ensure correct resources are acting upon the situation of an equipment repair
o Ensure support of correct resources within shift to perform the repair is granted
• Assure Manufacturing Area information flow
o Coordinate and perform regular communications meetings
• Promote a good Work Environment
• Monitor Shift Performance
o Balance the workload among the area personnel using line balancing concepts
• Monitoring and maintaining ROLES Program within job area.
o Perform and documents periodical audits based on audit schedule.
o Promotes 6S methodology within associates.
o Suggest improvements.
o Provides audit findings, create actions and complete.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:

• Investigation (Data gathering of Quality and Process issue)
• Implement Corrective/ Preventive Actions
• Identify resources availability for Manufacturing Operation
• Coordinate special production meetings
• Determine human resources requirements by roles
• Execute Manufacturing operations as per applicable SOP's
• Manage Safety & Emergency issues
• Implemented Safety corrective actions
• Measure Safety shift indicators
• Improve Safety shift indicators
• Identify process equipment not performing as expected
o Communicate process capabilities and goals for Manufacturing operations
o Ensure correct resources are acting upon situation for Equipment Repair
o Generate work order
Actively Participates in:
• Unit MRO, Incl. Spare Parts Usage Optimization
o Variance monitoring
o Identify causes
o Identify and recommend opportunities
o Influence and recommend actions to re direct
o Identify optimization initiatives
• Support all activities related to inventories reconciliation.
• Perform Lot Document Spot Screenings
• Identify Corrective/ Preventive Actions
• Create safe conditions by design
• Continuous education of shift members in Safety
• Ensure completeness of shift investigations of accidents
• Identify possible causes of variation/ failure/ under performance for Manufacturing Operation.
o Monitor mean time between failure for spare parts and breakdowns
o Analyze through a structured approach to identify root causes
• Define and prioritize Process KPIs for improvement
o Select KPIs to improve
o Define the process to be improved by mapping the process flow
• Improve Process KPIs performance
o Create innovate and permanent solutions using technology and methodology
o Develop and deploy implementation plan
o Coordination and Execution of improvement plan, including validation
• Identify Opportunities for Improvements in Equipment Performance
• Monitor Unit Performance
o Monitor Unit Performance Indicators
o People Performance Appraisals & Feedback
• Coordination Overtime for Non- Exempt
Quality System Responsibilities
• Complies with the Quality System Regulation (QSR).
• Executes job responsibilities as established in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Follows the documentation procedures.
• Completes training for the qualification and certification, as required, to execute the job.
Safety & Occupational Health Responsibilities
• Complies with Safety and Occupational Health Policy and procedures.
• Complies with Hazardous Communication program.
• Notifies immediately all accidents or incidents occurred in work area.
• Complies with the usage, inspection and maintenance of the personal protective equipment required, if applicable.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree with (1) one year of experience in similar position.
• Associate degree with (3) three years of experience in similar position.
