Process Integration Engineer (m/f/d)

This is your new job:
•Develop and qualify new wafer fab process modules on silicon epitaxy equipment (e.g., Centura, ASM) for mass production.

•Lead and execute major process development and integration activities while building deep product and process expertise.

•Sub-project leader of process development or integration tasks in complex projects.

•Build up and maintain knowledge (technical & procedures) and BG internal & external contacts in own field of expertise.

This is you:
•Master or PhD degree in Semiconductor Device Physics or Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics or similar

•Minimum 3 years of relevant semiconductor experience, depending on educational credentials

•Profound knowledge of industrial semiconductor technology

•Hands on experience in wafer fab process module developments on semiconductor equipment

•Team player with a strong drive to achieve success

•Very good communication skills

•Fluency in German and good level in English
