  • Vishay General Semiconductor Taiwan, Ltd. is currently seeking applicants for a Process Integration Engineer (製程整合工程師) to join our growing family. In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for STD products and leading integration across multiple front-end modules as well as dicing, and assembly process to ensure product quality.

  • What you will be doing:
    • Drive fab troubleshooting and integration across multiple modules to sustain and improve product yield.
    • Execute product yield improvement and perform failure analysis to lead continuous improvement projects (CIP).
    • Collaborate with Quality and Process teams to resolve quality issues from back-end factories and customers.
    • Partner with Process, Product, Quality, and Purchasing teams on cost reduction projects including new material evaluations, process modifications, and second-source supplier qualifications to enhance cost competitiveness.
    • Work closely with R&D to ensure the successful implementation of new technologies and products into manufacturing.

    • 推動產品成本優化專案 (Cost Reduction)： 協同製程 (Process)、產品 (Product)、品保 (Quality) 及採購 (Purchasing) 部門，執行新材料評估、製程變更與第二供應商 (Second-source) 導入，以提升產品成本競爭力。
    • 新技術與新產品導入 (New Product Implementation)： 與研發團隊 (R&D) 合作，確保新技術與新產品高效移轉至量產環境。
  • What you will bring along:
    • Bachelor's degree or above in Physics and Chemical Engineering or related field.
    • 3 ~ 10 years of experience in the diode field or in the wafer fabrication company.
    • Solid understanding of diode and semiconductor processes.
    • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure.
    • Proficiency in quality control methods (SPC, DOE) and data analysis software is preferred
    • Good communication and coordination skills.
