Process Lead- Repro- B Crew
Summary
Oversees daily production line operations, coordinates machine operators and material handlers, and ensures quality standards and parameter adherence are met.
- Works in conjunction with Engineering technicians, EOL-Leads, Raw Material Leads and Quality techs in ensuring quality product is being produced
- Responsible for all material handlers and machine operators
- Coordinates personnel to ensure that production goals are met on a daily basis
- Responsible for ensuring Parameter Adherence
- Communicate for all facets of line operations
Know How, Experience, Education and Competencies:
- Must be knowledgeable in JDE/CONGOS/RFS SCANNERS
- Must be a machine operator II
- Must be familiar with, and able to work with, process notes
- Strong problem-solving, communication and organizational skills
