Process Management Specialist - Germany

In this role, you will help keep our daily operations structured, data-driven, and commercially aligned while working closely with colleagues across different functions. • You support daily service operations by validating data and making sure information is accurate, complete, and consistent.
• You help monitor and improve operational processes across different project stages to keep workflows smooth and efficient.
• You identify issues in data or processes early, think in a structured way, and contribute practical improvement ideas.
• You maintain clear documentation and reliable records to support transparency and operational excellence.
• You consolidate data and assist in building simple dashboards and reports that help the team make informed decisions.
• You support cost monitoring and validation to ensure operational activities are aligned with financial expectations.

• You are currently studying Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• You bring strong communication and coordination skills and enjoy working with cross-functional teams.
• You have a sharp eye for detail and handle information with a high level of accuracy and care.
• You are confident using Excel, and you are familiar with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• You are well organized, can manage several tasks at once, and stay reliable in a fast-paced environment.
• You speak English at C1 level, and Chinese skills are a plus.
