Role & responsibilities

Skills & Experience Needed:

• At least 5 years of experience in Process Mining and Process Intelligence initiatives.
• Hands-on expertise with Celonis or equivalent platforms
• Experience analyzing event logs, process flows, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities
• Strong understanding of process KPIs, conformance checking, and operational excellence frameworks
• Experience integrating process mining platforms with ERP, CRM, and enterprise systems
• Ability to provide actionable recommendations for process improvement and automation opportunities.
