Process Optimization Manager

This role acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all elements of High Liner Foods’ manufacturing processes/ systems. Primary focus is to identify product and process optimization opportunities including but not limited to recipe changes, ingredient changes, process improvements, specification modifications and new technology applications to streamline manufacturing. This position will serve as part of a multi-disciplinary leadership team to promote and lead technical service activities. The job location is located at High Liner Foods’ in Lunenburg, NS and will provide support to all High Liner locations as needed (Newport News, VA, Portsmouth, NH).
