Process Owner

• Serve as the overall owner of assigned business processes throughout their lifecycle, ensuring they perform efficiently and continue to meet business objectives.
  
• Ensure the process operates according to established plans, adjusting direction when performance indicators suggest corrective action is needed.
  
• Oversee that all stakeholders—people and systems—have the necessary knowledge, tools, and resources to execute process activities effectively.
  
• Define and monitor process KPIs and operational excellence metrics to ensure sustainable process performance.
  
• Identify and mitigate potential process risks through proactive analysis and improvement actions.
  
• Continuously monitor and optimise the process to achieve desired business results and sustain long-term performance.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Business Process Management, Product Management, Business Operations, or related roles.
  
• Analytical & Critical Thinking to dissect complex business processes, identify root causes of problems, interpret data, and logically evaluate various solutions.
  
• Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies, Lean Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks is considered an advantage.
  
• Experience with business process mapping, process analysis and data-driven decision making.
  
• Ability to articulate complex process goals clearly and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Ability to collaborate with, influence, and negotiate with a diverse group of stakeholders to gain alignment on process changes.
  
• Ability to define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, comfortable interacting with stakeholders, including senior management.
  
• Ability to understand the "big picture"—how the process fits into the broader business ecosystem.
