Process Piping Inspector – Oil & Gas

- Monitor piping fabrication and erection activities.
- Inspect welding activities and ensure compliance with approved procedures and specifications.
- Witness and monitor pressure testing and hydrotesting activities.
- Check welding consumables, preheat requirements, and post-weld conditions.
- Ensure all activities comply with approved drawings, applicable codes, project specifications, and ITPs.
- Review relevant inspection and testing documentation.
- Identify and report non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
- Coordinate with construction, quality, and project teams regarding inspection activities.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in piping and welding inspection for Oil & Gas projects.
- Good knowledge of applicable ASME codes.
- Good knowledge of hydrotest and pressure-testing procedures.
- Experience in piping fabrication, erection, and welding inspection.
