Process Server
As a Process Server, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients by locating individuals and serving legal documents in a professional, timely, and compliant manner. This position is primarily field-based and involves extensive daily driving to various locations to complete service attempts, conduct investigations, and meet client requirements. You will be responsible for managing assigned service requests, conducting research, maintaining accurate records, and delivering exceptional client service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, adaptability, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A high level of professionalism, integrity, and comfort with frequent travel and driving are essential to successfully represent the organization and meet service objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Drive extensively throughout assigned territories and design efficient daily routes to complete service requests, maximize productivity, and meet service deadlines.
Review assignments and adjust routes as needed to prioritize urgent service requests and optimize travel time.
Conduct research to locate and verify individuals for service.
Serve legal documents, including court orders, subpoenas, notices, and other legal filings.
Maintain accurate records of service attempts and completed services using company systems and mobile applications.
Prepare, review, and sign affidavits of service and attempted service.
Communicate effectively with individuals and third parties to support successful service outcomes.
Execute stakeouts and develop strategies for difficult-to-serve individuals.
Safely operate a company-provided vehicle while responding to assigned service requests and maintaining compliance with all driving policies.
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
Support team initiatives, process improvements, and departmental procedures.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

In line with the amended Employment Standards Act 2000, the salary range for this role is: $22 per hour, dependent on assessment of skills during the interview process.
