Process Technician
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the failure analysis of products, follow up activities from process engineers to support rework, yield improvement, root cause analysis and collect data for engineering report. Support production line for daily product problems, data analysis.
- Responsible for PLD test maintenance, transient, calibration and GRR, SPC review, follow up activities from process engineers to support test kit abnormal repair, root cause analysis and collect data for engineering report. Support production line for daily test problems, data analysis, troubleshooting, inconformity devices review and confirmation, line audit and abnormal reporting, improvement raising.
Education & Experience
- BS Electronics/Electrical Technology. Technical school (Include Senior Mid School) graduate or above in optic, semiconductor, electronics, or equivalent technical discipline.
Skills
- Understand basic product principle and master operating procedures.
- Understand basic test equipment as power meter, multimeter, OSA, etc.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving
- Troubleshoot and instruct the rework of failure units. Support setup and daily maintenance of debug tools, test system.
- Support verification for test kit under test engineering instruction.
- Handling of RMA units from warehouse to shop floor throughout RMA lifecycle.
- Support verification/qualification test under the engineering instruction.
- Follow up process engineers’ actions and document reports.
