Southside Processing is currently looking for a full time Processing Technician - Meat Cutter.
This position is eligible for full time benefits that will include health, dental, vision and vacation and sick leave.
Primary Functions:
- Raw Material Preparation
- Cut and trim protein to set specifications.
- Weigh proteins using scale system accurately.
- Package fresh product for orders.
- Sanitation of all equipment and areas used in job position
