Job Title: Processor cum Authorizer
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our Investment Operations team as a Processor cum Authorizer.
In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing and authorisation of Deposit and Unit Trust transactions while ensuring compliance with operational procedures, regulatory requirements and internal controls. You will also play an important role in supporting operational excellence, process improvements, system enhancements, and customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and authorise Deposit and Unit Trust transactions accurately and within established turnaround times.
- Verify customer instructions and supporting documents to ensure completeness and compliance before processing.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve outstanding discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain proper documentation, record management and archival of customer instructions and transaction records.
- Work closely with business partners and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of operational activities and customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to customer queries, issues and feedback to ensure timely resolution.
- Support system enhancements, process improvement initiatives, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure strict compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, operational controls and regulatory requirements.
- Support audit, compliance and risk management activities as required.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.
- Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in banking operations processing will be an added advantage.
