Procurement Admin (ID & Construction)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and value-added services.
- Processing purchase requisitions and keeping internal stakeholders informed on order status and delivery timelines.
- Creating and managing Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring accuracy in pricing, specifications, and quantities.
- Coordinating and monitoring delivery schedules to align with project timelines.
- Tracking and optimizing inventory levels to reduce excess stock while avoiding shortages.
- Analyzing and comparing suppliers’ prices, terms, and quality to support cost-effective procurement decisions.
- Supporting internal departments and addressing supply-related issues that may impact operations.
- Liaising with suppliers and internal project teams on purchasing processes, new project requirements, and vendor onboarding.
Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant purchasing experience, preferably with experience in construction site or project-based environments.
- Familiarity with materials and procurement processes related to interior renovation projects is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
