PROCUREMENT ADMINISTRATION FMCG BOYOLALI

Job Summary**

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Administration professional for our FMCG division based in Boyolali. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement team by handling administrative duties, managing purchase orders, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure the smooth flow of goods and services necessary for our fast-moving consumer goods operations.

Job Responsibilities**

* Process and monitor purchase requisitions and purchase orders (PO) accurately and in a timely manner.
* Maintain, update, and organize procurement databases, vendor files, and price lists.
* Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods, track shipments, and resolve any delivery or invoice discrepancies.
* Prepare and compile routine procurement reports, expense summaries, and documentation for audits.
* Collaborate with the warehousing and finance departments to reconcile receiving reports with purchase orders and invoices.
* Assist the procurement team in sourcing potential vendors and obtaining price quotations.

Job Qualifications**

* Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economy, or a related field.
* At least 1-2 years of experience in administration or procurement, preferably within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially MS Excel) and experience using ERP/procurement software (such as SAP) is highly preferred.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Willingness to be placed and work full-time at the Boyolali site.
