This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and ready to build hands-on experience in purchasing, vendor coordination, and production support.

What You’ll Do

As a Procurement Agent, you’ll help keep our purchasing and production operations moving by ensuring the right materials and services are available when needed.

• Identify and communicate with potential vendors to obtain bids and quotations.
• Assist with evaluating bids, selecting vendors, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Support vendors with purchasing and procurement systems.
• Execute purchases and issue purchase orders as directed.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and payments.
• Work closely with internal teams to meet purchasing needs and deadlines.
• Support compliance with company policies and applicable industry requirements.
• Plan and manage semi-finished goods production.
• Process consumption and complete released production orders.
• Coordinate and stage first articles for production.

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Dependable, accountable, and comfortable working in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
