The primary purpose of this position is: To provide contracting officer support for reviews and signatory approval on contract documents for all squadron workload requirements. Manages all aspects of the Quality Assurance Surveillance Program and serves as the Quality Assurance Program Coordinator.

Manages the installation Performance Management Assessment Program/Quality Assurance Program, ensuring that all regulatory, administrative and training requirements are met. Provides advisory and hands-on assistance to functional area personnel involved in developing/revising technical specifications, Performance Work Statements (PWS), Statements of Work (SOW), Statements of Objectives (SOO), Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP), Services Summary (SS), and COR checklists. Contracting Policy Advisor. Plans and conducts acquisition training for contracting officer's representative (COR), contracting personnel and customers. Serves as business advisor to a wide range of customers.
