YOUR ROLE
Ensure all material and component sare on available and on time according to the weekly production plan and stock strategy to prevent any line stop on the shop floor or customer delivery miss.

RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Provide to supplier all firmed quantities to be delivered on defined date.

  • Provide to supplier midterm forecasts allowing it to optimize its owned production

  • Work with supplier on costs optimization, shipment frequency and delivery accuracy

  • Define the supply strategy in accordance with the site global inventory strategy in value and days of stocks

  • Ensure raw material purchase and component quantity according to production Schedule and stock strategy

  • Monitor accurate inventory levels

  • Ensure raw materials pipeline remain fully covered and safety stock is set up correctly

  • Ensure the quality check process at the reception of the materials

  • Monitor excess and obsolete raw material

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in similar field (preferably auto industry)

  • Advanced English

  • Bachelor's degree in logistic, Industrial engineering or similars.

  • Knowledge of Industrial Process

  • Knowledge in Raw materials and component

  • Knowledge in inventory management and ordering

  • Computer skill

  • SAP Knowledge

  • Effective communication

  • Service & performance oriented
