Position Summary
AutoZone BTSSC is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support indirect procurement activities, supplier management, sourcing initiatives, and cost optimization projects. The selected candidate will manage RFQ/RFP processes, supplier negotiations, vendor performance evaluations, and procurement compliance, while identifying opportunities for savings and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage RFQ and RFP processes for indirect goods and services.
- Lead supplier negotiations to secure the best pricing, quality, and service levels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new vendors.
- Monitor supplier performance and support cost-saving initiatives.
- Support contract management, supplier onboarding, and invoice follow-up.
- Create and maintain procurement reports, KPIs, and process documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business needs and procurement projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
