About the Role
As a Procurement Analyst, you will support Kohl's procurement functions, which include project execution, vendor support, cost control and store support. You will collaborate closely with other Kohl's divisions and external vendors to execute project processes and programs to support new initiatives and manage assigned Corporate, Store and Distribution programs.
What You’ll Do
Manage order system data for stores, distribution centers, e-fulfillment centers and projects
Create and update orders
Validate the accuracy and completeness of orders
Partner with vendors to ensure order accuracy and timeliness
Partner with Logistics or Distributor to monitor deliveries
Serve as primary liaison with Stores and field teams in the ordering process
Monitor and facilitate the issue resolution process with vendors, stores, contractors and internal partners
Communicate global issues and offer suggestions for resolution
Identify process improvements within programs
Participate in additional special projects and initiatives
Train internal and external business partners on key processes and systems
Additional tasks may be assigned
What Skills You Have
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in Excel and Word
Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Excellent communication, customer service and time management skills
Preferred
Procurement experience
ERP/procurement software experience
Vendor management experience
Strong negotiation and organizational skills
Special Requirements
Some Domestic travel
