Procurement Analyst

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

Financial

Deliver against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

Coordinate supply chain processes (replenishment)

Explain OTIF and VMI policies to different suppliers.

Send monthly OTIF and VMI scorecards to suppliers.

Manage supplier claims in collaboration with the replenishment and finance teams.

Reply to emails in the generic inboxes of the Process Optimization team.

Support the allocation team to facilitate the distribution of products to the various banners and customers.

Prepare quarterly business reviews of major suppliers for the replenishment team.

Personal Development

Engages and maintains interest in personal growth and or career development.

What you have to offer:

An Undergraduate Degree

Experience of handling and interpreting data

Solid communication skills and problem-solving skills

Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite (Intermediate level)
