Join our Toyota Material Handling North America Procurement Team as a Procurement Analyst

The Role:

TMHNA is seeking a detail-oriented Supplier Master Data & Procurement Operations Specialist to support supplier onboarding, vendor master data management, and daily procurement operations. This position serves as a key liaison between suppliers and internal departments, ensuring accurate supplier information, efficient transaction processing, and timely resolution of supplier-related issues.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Create, maintain, and validate supplier master data within SAP and JDE systems.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, documentation, and verification processes, including Dun & Bradstreet and ACH validations.
• Administer Supplier Center access, user accounts, and supplier information.
• Process and support procurement transactions, including purchase order receipts, vendor returns, and service entries.
• Troubleshoot supplier system access issues and coordinate resolutions with IT and other departments.
• Provide ongoing support to suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding procurement systems and processes.
• Maintain process documentation, develop training materials, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in procurement operations, supplier onboarding, vendor management, or related functions.
• Working knowledge of SAP, JDE, or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Where and When You’ll Work:

• This is an in-person role located in our Greene, NY office—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

Salary - $65,000 - $90,000 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.

Relocation: This role is eligible for relocation assistance based on current location
