Procurement and Contracts Specialist

We are seeking a Procurement and Contracts Specialist to manage the full procurement cycle, from sourcing to delivery and acceptance. Responsibilities include:

• Managing and monitoring the complete procurement process from request to delivery and acceptance.
• Searching for suppliers and contractors, negotiating with them, and reviewing pricing proposals.
• Preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
• Monitoring contract execution and ensuring compliance with agreed terms, prices, and timelines.
• Supervising contractors and tracking their performance and achievement levels.
• Monitoring procurement orders, deliveries, invoices, and receipts.
• Coordinating with departments and projects to ensure timely provision of needs.
• Evaluating supplier and contractor performance.
• Carrying out all tasks related to procurement and contracts as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in procurement and contracts.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers and contractors simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in the contracting or engineering consulting sectors is preferred.

Skills

• Experience in procurement and contracts, preferably in the contracting sector.
• Strong knowledge of contractor agreements and their preparation and review.
• Good understanding of procurement processes and dealings with suppliers and contractors.
• Negotiation skills on pricing and commercial terms.
• Ability to monitor contractors and suppliers and manage contractual compliance.
• Familiarity with procurement orders and requirements.
• High skills in monitoring, organizing, and time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
