Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field
- Experience in fuel procurement, logistics, or supply chain management
- Knowledge of fuel markets, pricing mechanisms
- Proficiency in Excel, knowledge of SAP
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Requirements
- Fuel Procurement:
- Source and negotiate fuel supply contracts with local and international suppliers
- Monitor fuel market trends, price fluctuations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with fuel suppliers and distributors
- Evaluate supplier performance
- Optimize procurement strategies to achieve cost savings while ensuring supply security
- Logistics Coordination:
- Oversee fuel transportation, storage, and distribution to ensure efficient delivery
- Manage fuel inventory levels and forecast supply needs to prevent shortages
- Ensure compliance with transportation and environmental regulations
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Prepare reports on fuel prices, market conditions, and supplier performance
- Assist in budgeting and cost analysis related to fuel procurement and logistics
