Procurement Assistant / Business Analyst - fresh graduate

Salary: $19,000 – $25,000 per month

We are partnering with a well-established organization in the technology and banking sector to hire multiple IT professionals across system development and business analysis functions. These roles offer the opportunity to work on large-scale application systems, digital platforms, and banking-related projects within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Procurement Assistant - Fresh graduate

Responsibilities:

• Assist to handle all aspects of the procurement process;

• Gather and analyze purchasing requirements on hardware, software license and services from internal users;

• Assist Procurement Manager to liaise with vendor for price negotiation, terms, lead time etc;

• Assist to follow up purchase orders, delivery arrangement and cost management;

• Assist to manage and evaluate performance of vendors;

• Prepare executive reports;

• Prepare statistical data using ms excel formula and macros.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Purchasing, Logistics, Business or other related discipline;

• 1 year of working experience is preferred;

• Strong in problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills and able to work under pressure;

• Good writing skills (both Chinese & English);

• Good knowledge of PC applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing;

• Sensitive in numbers and good in calculation;

• Working experience in IT related firms would be an advantage.

• Working experience in financial management would be an advantage.

Business Analyst - Fresh welcome

• Perform business and user requirement analysis.

• Collect and Document user requirements, prepare for UAT test cases and plan

• Perform post implementation review and support production problem solving.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technology

• 1- 3+ years Business Analyst , preferably in Bank / Finance .

• Knowledge the end-to-end “Trade Lifecycle” — from trade capture and valuation to settlement is a plus

• Self-motivated, possess analytical-mind and creative / excellent problem-solving skill.
