Your Day to Day:
- Conduct market research and supplier mapping for raw materials, packaging, and operational supplies needed for Singapore branches.
- Source, screen, and evaluate potential regional suppliers to ensure quality, compliance, and competitive pricing.
- Assist in cost benchmarking, contract negotiation, and establishing new supplier networks for the Singapore market.
- Collaborate with the R&D and supply chain teams to ensure procurement aligns with product specifications and launch timelines.
- Manage daily end-to-end procurement processes, including purchase requisition verification and purchase order (PO) issuance for existing Indonesian branche
- Track purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to guarantee on-time delivery and resolve logistics or supply discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, update vendor databases, and perform invoice reconciliation.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of +2-3 year of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in a retail or beauty industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
