🎯 What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from purchase requisitions to purchase orders

• Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers to achieve the best value, quality, and delivery timelines

• Procure IT hardware, software, infrastructure, and technology-related services

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors

• Coordinate delivery logistics for technology equipment and hardware shipments

• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements

• Work closely with Finance to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely payment processing

• Support regional procurement projects and reporting across APAC

• Assist the Procurement Manager with strategic sourcing initiatives and ad hoc projects

✔️ What We're Looking For

• MIN 3–5 years of procurement experience, with a strong focus on technology procurement (hardware, software, infrastructure)
