Procurement & Compliance Executive

This position reports to the Procurement and Corporate Affairs Manager and supports the Procurement Function across Creative Eateries Group. The role is responsible for purchasing operations, sourcing, supplier governance and compliance, supply continuity, and supporting inspections and audit readiness.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES

· Implement procurement procedures and e-Procurement processes in alignment with company policies, internal controls and governance requirements.

· Prepare Purchase Orders and other procurement documents, and maintain accurate procurement records and supplier master data.

· Coordinate deliveries and logistics to outlets and central kitchen, ensuring goods meet required quality, quantity, specifications and delivery timelines.

· Support sourcing, quotation and tender exercises, supplier negotiations and cost evaluations to secure cost-effective, reliable and sustainable supply.

· Monitor demand, supply risks and forecasts, and follow up on procurement actions to support business continuity and inventory requirements.

· Manage supplier onboarding, documentation and relationships to facilitate smooth procurement operations and effective supplier engagement.

· Conduct supplier performance and governance reviews covering pricing, quality, service, delivery, documentation and compliance requirements.

· Review and follow up with suppliers on applicable regulatory, food safety, ESG and company compliance requirements.

· Support supplier and site inspections, audits and compliance reviews, including tracking corrective actions and closure of findings where required.

· Maintain supplier governance, compliance and sustainability records to ensure traceability, transparency and audit readiness.

· Train and support employees on proper goods receiving procedures and related procurement controls.

· Liaise with Accounts, Operations, Outlets, Chefs and suppliers to resolve procurement issues and communicate product changes, specifications and relevant updates.

· Support production planning and BOM management, ensuring accurate material requirements and specifications.

REQUIREMENTS

· Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or a related discipline.

· At least one year of relevant full-time working experience in procurement, supply chain or a related function.

· Familiar with Microsoft Office; experience withe-Procurement systems is an advantage.

· Strong analytical, commercial, communication and interpersonal skills.

· Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to work within deadlines.

· High level of initiative and resourcefulness, with the ability to work independently and in a dynamic team environment.

· Able to support supplier inspections, audits and compliance follow-up across multiple stakeholders and locations.
