Procurement Coordinator

SSA Marine México is looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join our Procurement team in Mexico City.

What will you do?

• Manage purchase orders from requisition to delivery and invoice resolution.
• Create and maintain POs in IFS.
• Follow up with suppliers, shipments, and deliveries.
• Resolve purchasing, invoice, and delivery issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or a related area.
• Advanced English – 100% English required.
• ERP experience; IFS is a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Position Details

Location: Insurgentes Sur, Mexico City

Work model: 100% on-site

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

US Fixed Assets & CAPEX: Management of US fixed asset/CAPEX ordering, government grant-related POs, troubleshooting, and process improvement.

Cuyutlan & CDMX Procurement: Management of Cuyutlan and other CDMX purchase order activities.
