Procurement cum Warehouse Executive
Procurement Management
Develop and execute purchasing plans based on business needs and inventory levels
Source, evaluate, select, and maintain suppliers; establish and manage an approved supplier list
Conduct price comparisons and cost control to ensure competitive pricing and required quality standards
Prepare and manage purchase orders and contracts, and monitor delivery timelines
Follow up on shipment status and resolve issues related to delivery delays, quality discrepancies, returns, or exchanges
Prepare and maintain purchasing documentation, reconciliation statements, and related reports; coordinate with Finance for payment processing
Ensure strict compliance with company procurement policies and approval procedures to prevent unauthorized purchases
Warehouse Management
Oversee overall warehouse planning and daily operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and proper organization
Supervise receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, and return processes to ensure inventory accuracy
Establish and maintain inventory control procedures; conduct regular stock counts and audits
Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent shortages, overstocking, expiration, or wastage
Ensure proper classification, labeling, and systematic storage of materials
Maintain warehouse safety standards to prevent damage, loss, and workplace accidents
Team & Coordination Management
Assign, guide, and supervise procurement and warehouse personnel
Provide training and conduct performance evaluations to improve team productivity
Maintain effective communication with Finance, Operations, Sales, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow
Report procurement and inventory status to management and propose improvement initiatives
Other Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy and timely updates of reports, records, and system data
Comply with company policies and perform additional duties as assigned by management
Adhere strictly to confidentiality policies and professional ethics
Requirements
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in procurement and/or warehouse management
Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, inventory control, and warehouse operations
Good negotiation and cost-control skills
