PROCUREMENT DIRECT OFFICER
Job Summary**
The Procurement Indirect Officer at PT Japfa Food Indonesia is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing contracts for all indirect goods and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery to support the company's operations.
Job Responsibilities**
* Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for various indirect goods and services, including but not limited to MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations), IT services, marketing services, professional services, and office supplies.
* Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
* Prepare and issue Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotations (RFQs), and other procurement documents.
* Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to contractual agreements.
* Manage supplier performance, including monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), resolving issues, and conducting regular reviews.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance, IT, Marketing, HR) to understand their procurement needs and ensure alignment with company objectives.
* Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
* Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.
* Prepare procurement reports and analyses for management.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, specifically with indirect categories.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proven ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
* Understanding of contract law and commercial terms.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
