Procurement Director

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, qualify and manage Chinese suppliers, with a particular focus on the Greater Bay Area (GBA).
• Identify and evaluate manufacturers in sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, metal processing, engineering manufacturing, customised industrial components, access control and security equipment.
• Conduct supplier sourcing, quotation benchmarking, cost analysis, factory assessments and commercial negotiations.
• Evaluate suppliers based on manufacturing capability, technical expertise, quality, pricing, capacity and delivery performance.
• Develop alternative suppliers to reduce supply-chain concentration and single-source risks.
• Conduct regular supplier visits and business negotiations in China.
• Establish and manage a strategic supplier network and long-term manufacturing partnerships.
• Drive measurable improvements in cost savings, quality and supply-chain efficiency.
