Procurement Engineer
Role & Responsibilities
1. Act as a procurement engineer specially for procurement system for the assigned project.
2. Generating Purchase order in ERP system (SAP)
3. Handling Samsung E&A's Procurement System (Procurement Work Place) to manage actual progress for delivery of goods to project site
4. Input data of material delivery status including inquiry / expediting / inspection / logistics to Procurement System
5. Managing vendor’s invoices and bonds using ERP system (SAP) on-time, considering cash flow
6. Supporting for other activities requested for procurement management team.
Education
- Bachelor`s degree preferred in related engineering major.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or project coordination within EPC projects is preferred
Knowledge
- Experience in SAP or other ERP system operation is preferred
- Excellent communication and management skills with proven ability of leadership.
- Competent skills in Excel or similar document work.
