Procurement Engineer （Temp）

Objective of the role角色定位:

Business partner of Global Supply Chain-Trading Brand Labeling (ODM/ OEM/ JDM), drive productivity/cost down management through VE/ VA activity, mitigating supply chain/quality risk, deploy global Brand Labeling procurement strategy.

Key Responsibilities主要职责:

• Performance Management:

1. Lead Negotiation/ Technical productivity with Brand Labeling supplier.
2. Ensure Supply Chain On time delivery & Inventory (Consignment/VMI) performance from upstream view.
3. Support on Supplier Quality performance improvement.

• Supplier Management:

1. Lead regular business review with suppliers, involving Marketing/ R&D/ Quality/ Supply Chain to reinforce End to End supply management.
2. Lead Product BOM cost management with TCO methodology: including Tier 2 Electrical component/ PCBA / Plastic/ Metal / Packaging; production molding/ assembly/ testing process; Incoterm related Freight/ VAT/ Exchange rate.
3. Contract management, support on virtual factory quality/ logistic agreement management.
4. Deploy global procurement category strategy.
5. Support virtual factory on SE owned CAPEX management.

• Project Management:

1. Lead VA/ VE productivity project with Procurement Category/ R&D/ Quality / Marketing.
2. Optimize Trading internal procurement process.
3. Early engagement in OCP NPI project.

• Digital and Administration Tools:

1. Vendor management platform (SSP/SRM).
2. Cooperation with Procurement share service on price/ master data management
