Procurement Executive (D2C) Company: The Hiring Company Job Location: Haryana, India Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 1 - 3 years Salary: 2.5L4.5L a year About the Role We are looking for a Purchase Executive to support procurement, vendor coordination, and inventory management. Qualifications The ideal candidate should have handson experience in D2C/Ecommerce procurement and be capable of ensuring costeffective sourcing, timely deliveries, and smooth supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities Assist in procurement planning and inventory monitoring based on sales forecasts and business requirements. Coordinate with vendors for price quotations, purchase orders, order tracking, and timely delivery of materials. Support daytoday procurement, warehousing, and logistics coordination. Maintain vendor records and verify product quality documents to ensure compliance with quality standards and company processes. Compare vendor quotations, track procurement costs, and identify costsaving opportunities. Maintain purchase orders and update inventory records. Assist with stock reconciliation and coordinate with the Finance team for vendor invoices and payment followups. Ensure smooth coordination between vendors, warehouse teams, logistics, and internal departments. Requirements 13 years of experience in procurement or purchasing. Mandatory handson experience in D2C/Ecommerce. Experience in the Beauty, Personal Care (BPC), or Nutraceutical industry will be preferred. Basic understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, purchase orders, and supply chain operations. Strong vendor coordination, negotiation, communication, and followup skills. Ability to compare quotations, track costs, and identify costsaving opportunities. Knowledge of quality standards and applicable industry regulations will be an advantage.
