Procurement Executive / Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand BOM and sales order requirements for accurate procurement planning
• Execute material planning and purchasing based on project priorities
• Develop and manage vendor network for electrical components
• Handle vendor negotiations, cost optimization, and lead time reduction
• Ensure timely availability of materials for production schedules
• Maintain optimum stock levels and avoid shortages/excess
• Manage urgent/critical procurement situations effectively
• Handle rejected/faulty material returns and replacements
• Coordinate with Sales, Design, Stores, and Production teams
• Monitor order priority and delivery timelines

⚡ Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HT/LT Panels, VCB, CSS systems
• Good understanding of electrical components (breakers, relays, CT/PT, busbars, cables, etc.)
• Excellent negotiation & communication skills
• Strong planning, follow-up, and problem-solving ability
• Ability to manage pressure situations & urgent deliveries
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel
