The company is set to manufacture and produce excellent prime quality Import Substitute Orthopedic Implants with keen focus on superior service and customer based design and technical solutions.

Position: Technical Purchase Executive
Location: CTM,Ahmedabad
Department: Purchase
Reports To: Purchase Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Procure medical-grade raw materials: SS 316L, Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V ELI), PEEK, UHMWPE
• Purchase CNC tools, cutting tools, fixtures, gauges & consumables
• Source surgical instrument components, packaging materials & sterilization accessories
• Vendor development, evaluation & supplier audits
• Quotation comparison, negotiation & PO management
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, QA, QC, R&D & Stores
• Ensure timely material availability & avoid production delays
• Maintain procurement documentation & compliance with ISO 13485 / GMP
• Cost optimization & alternate supplier development

Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical, Production, Industrial or Biomedical Engineering
• 2–8 years of experience in technical purchasing
• Experience preferred in orthopedic implants, medical devices, precision engineering, CNC machining or regulated manufacturing
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP & medical-device procurement
• ERP knowledge & MS Excel proficiency
• Strong negotiation, vendor management & communication skills Preferred
• Import procurement & customs documentation
• Supplier qualification & vendor audit experience
