Procurement Intern/Coordinator/Executive
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Procurement Intern/Coordinator/Executive to support our end-to-end supply chain operations. You will learn/handle procurement, logistics coordination, 3PL management, cost control, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Logistics
- Coordinate daily operations including procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution
- Manage domestic and international logistics to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery
- Monitor 3PL performance and ensure SLA compliance
- Support continuous improvement in transportation and warehousing
Procurement
- Assist in procurement activities for 3PL and direct/indirect materials
- Support supplier sourcing, qualification, and basic management
- Prepare documents for price reviews, contract renewals, and supplier evaluations
- Contribute to cost reduction and value engineering initiatives
Cost & Quality Control
- Help track and report cost savings from negotiations and process improvements
- Assist in quality control, including review of COA reports
- Monitor service level quality with 3PL partners
Compliance & Risk
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and customs requirements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local trade compliance
- Support annual review of NDAs, service contracts, and SLAs with 3PL
Collaboration
- Work with Operations, Warehouse, Finance, Quality, and Sales teams
- Support new product introductions and demand planning
Requirements
Minimum
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations,
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as intern
- Experience in logistics coordination and 3PL oversight
- Basic knowledge of import/export compliance and customs regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, or electronics industry
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- CIPS or other supply chain certification

Working Hours: 0830 hrs to 1730 hrs (Mondays to Fridays)
Working Location: 3 bus stops away from Joo Koon MRT
