Procurement Intern (m/f/d)
In this role you will support sourcing activities, assist in supplier research, and help analyze market trends to strengthen our global supply network. Working closely with experienced procurement professionals and cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Quality), you will learn how to align purchasing decisions with technical requirements and business objectives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills in strategic sourcing, negotiation, purchase ordering and supplier management while building a foundation for a future career in procurement.
- Operational stability: control product availability and place purchase orders for required raw materials
- Financial management: analyze commercial terms, pricing, and long-term agreements to secure competitive advantages
- Internal collaboration: collaborate with internal stakeholders (R&D, Sales, Quality, etc.) to align sourcing decisions with technical and innovation requirements
- Supplier management: manage relationships with suppliers to foster partnerships that support growth and reliability
- Cross-team processes: improve processes within the Procurement team and between departments
- Studies related to Supply Chain, Operations, Economics, Procurement, or equivalent practical experience
- Business-level communication skills in English (minimum B2)
- Curiosity about global sourcing and supplier relationships
- Excitement for flavor, food, or ingredient industry
