Warner Bros. Studio Tour Shanghai will be operated in partnership with Jinjiang International (Holdings) Co., Ltd, a State-Owned Enterprise, ensuring a world-class experience for all who visit.

Studio Tour Shanghai – The Making of Harry Potter is an indoor attraction designed to transport visitors into the world of filmmaking, revealing production secrets through interactive experiences, showcasing stunning sets, and displaying beautifully crafted props.
This new attraction will deliver the Studio Tour values of exceptional customer service, experiences that exceed visitors’ expectations and the very best in Harry Potter retail.

Your New Role
As a Procurement Intern, you will provide direct support to the Procurement Manager and assist with the smooth operation of the Procurement function. This role will focus on meeting coordination, administrative support, project tracking, and facilitating day-to-day procurement activities across the business. The internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within an international entertainment and tourism business.
This internship requires a minimum commitment of 6 months.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Coordinate and support internal and external meetings, including scheduling, preparing meeting materials, taking meeting minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Assist the Procurement Manager in monitoring project timelines and ensuring key deliverables are progressing as planned.
- Maintain procurement documentation, supplier records, contracts, and departmental filing systems.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, procurement documentation, and data analysis.
- Assist with supplier communications, meeting arrangements, and day-to-day follow-up activities.
- Support procurement processes, including purchase requests, approval tracking, and system administration activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the Procurement team, including travel arrangements, expense tracking, and calendar management.
- Conduct market research, gather supplier information, and compile benchmark data as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to follow up on action items and facilitate workstream coordination.
- Support ad hoc projects and other business initiatives assigned by the Procurement Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, English, or a related field.
- Available to intern for a minimum of 6 months.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Proactive, reliable, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Interest in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and project coordination.
- Previous internship experience in procurement, supply chain, finance, operations, or administrative functions is preferred.

Shanghai Joint Venture Employment:
Please note that this position is employed through Warner Bros. Discovery’s joint venture with Jin Jiang International (Holdings) Co., Ltd. The joint venture entity is Shanghai WB Jinjiang Studio Tour Co., Ltd. Successful candidates will be hired by the joint venture company and assigned to work with Warner Bros. Discovery as required for this project.
