Job summary

Opportunity for an experienced business and commercial professional to support major oil and gas project delivery within a dynamic project management environment. This role requires strong commercial awareness, contractor coordination capability, and experience working across complex EPC project structures. Ideal for candidates with strong stakeholder management skills and experience supporting offshore LNG or large scale energy developments.

Key responsibilities

• Support business and commercial coordination activities across major project execution teams.
• Liaise with EPC contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support project delivery objectives.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure alignment with project requirements and commercial obligations.
• Support procurement coordination activities for offshore LNG and related energy infrastructure projects.
• Review commercial documentation, reports, and project data for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across project functions and maintain effective communication channels.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, industry standards, and contractual requirements.
• Support project reporting, analysis, and business performance tracking.
• Assist in resolving commercial and operational coordination issues across project interfaces.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial processes and project controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in business, accounting, commercial, marketing, science, engineering, project management, supply chain management, law, communications, technology, mathematics, statistics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years experience in a business related function or discipline.
• Minimum 4 years experience within the oil and gas industry.
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory, acting, or oversight role including contractor or vendor coordination.
• Experience working with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and service providers in oil and gas projects.
• Experience supporting procurement activities for offshore LNG production facilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of stakeholder specifications and relevant industry standards.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multicultural project environments.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• High level written and spoken English proficiency.
• Strong computer literacy including professional office and technical software applications.
