Leidos has an opening for a highly qualified Secret cleared Procurement Liaison for the Decision Advantage Business Area within the Defense Sector. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your experience to support all-domain large-scale weapon systems, Information Technology Systems, and Command and Control Systems to realize the Department of Defense Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2). In this role you will support the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) Digital Infrastructure (DI) Processing Node (PN) team to design and implement solutions that can be delivered at speed, scale, and with the necessary security to deliver operational advantages to the joint warfighter. ABMS is a top modernization priority for the Department of the Air Force and will be the backbone of a network-centric approach to battle management in partnership with all the services across JADC2. This position will work closely with Program Managers, domain engineers, and Government counterparts across Government and Industry partners.
Primary responsibilities:
Responsible for coordinating procurement Bills of Material with Chief Engineers and the government on hardware and software.
Responsible for coordinating with procurement companies and vendors maintaining status on all purchases.
Responsible for owning and maintaining the procurement tracker and ensuring accuracy to use as a reporting tool to support the DIPN IPT’s and associated stakeholders.
Responsible for owning and coordinating and tracking bailment/loaner materials to include but not limited to dates of return, vendor agreement, and vendor coordination for loaners.
Support required internal team, program, customer, and vendor/supplier meetings as required.
Responsible for working with associated internal teams and suppliers/vendors on resolving any procurement issues such as delivery delays, quality discrepancies, or invoice/payments.
Required Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of prior relevant experience or master’s degree with 3+ years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of relevant experience will be accepted in lieu of degree.
Secret Clearance required to start with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI.
Experience in negotiating terms and conditions.
Experience supporting DoD programs.
Successful track record of interfacing with internal customers, other functional support staff, and suppliers/vendors.
Procurement and loaner/bailment tracking and reporting.
Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multiple disciplines, domains, contractors, government agencies and other stakeholders.
Must be able to work independently, proactively, establish priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Strong organization skills.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $65,650.00 - $118,675.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
