Why this role matters

As Procurement & Logistics Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting the successful delivery of Scatec’s renewable energy projects by coordinating procurement and logistics activities across project execution and operational phases. You will work closely with Project Management, Supply Chain, and Operations & Maintenance teams to ensure materials, equipment, and services are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and on time.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure across the full project lifecycle, from project structuring and supplier engagement to logistics execution and operational support. Your contribution will help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with business objectives.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will take ownership of procurement and logistics coordination activities, including:

  • Coordinate procurement and logistics activities to support project execution and operational requirements

  • Prepare and manage logistics documentation, delivery plans, shipping registers, and project schedules

  • Support supplier sourcing activities, logistics tenders (RFPs), bid evaluations, and contract administration

  • Manage customs documentation, delivery tracking, and communication with suppliers, contractors, and project teams

  • Monitor logistics execution plans and ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials to project sites

  • Review invoices, delivery documentation, and purchase orders to support accurate processing and contract compliance

  • Support procurement compliance initiatives, supplier agreements, warranty administration, and reporting activities

  • Maintain accurate records, project documentation, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement

What you’ll bring

Experience and qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain coordination, or a similar role

  • Experience working with procurement systems, supply chain processes, or procurement operating systems

  • Knowledge of logistics planning, contract administration, supplier coordination, and procurement processes

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
