Key Roles and Responsibilities<div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';line-height:20px;"><h4>Strategic Sourcing & Procurement</h4><ul><li>Lead sourcing and procurement activities for goods, equipment, components, and services, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, delivery, and project requirements.</li><li>Manage the end-to-end Source-to-Contract process for EPC projects, including tender management, commercial evaluations, supplier selection, and contract award.</li><li>Develop and implement sourcing strategies to support business growth, project delivery, and operational objectives.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Sembcorp's procurement policies, governance standards, and strategic sourcing framework.</li></ul><h4>Commercial Management</h4><ul><li>Develop and validate commercial, market, and cost assumptions for project financial modelling, budgeting, and business case evaluations.</li><li>Conduct cost analysis, supplier benchmarking, and market assessments to support informed sourcing decisions.</li><li>Identify and drive cost optimization, value engineering, and procurement efficiency initiatives.</li><li>Lead commercial negotiations to secure competitive pricing, favourable contractual terms, and long-term value creation.</li><li>Prepare procurement, commercial, and cost performance reports for management review and decision-making.</li></ul><h4>Supplier & Stakeholder Management</h4><ul><li>Build, maintain, and strengthen strategic relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.</li><li>Serve as the primary interface between suppliers and internal stakeholders on procurement and contractual matters.</li><li>Monitor supplier performance, contract compliance, and service delivery against agreed KPIs and contractual commitments.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Project Development, Engineering, Construction, Asset Management, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to support business and project requirements.</li></ul><h4>Project Procurement & Execution</h4><ul><li>Lead procurement, logistics, and delivery coordination throughout project execution.</li><li>Oversee manufacturing progress, shipment schedules, customs clearance, site deliveries, contract obligations, expenditure tracking, and key project milestones.</li><li>Identify and mitigate procurement, schedule, commercial, and supply chain risks that may impact project performance.</li><li>Work with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to resolve execution challenges and support successful project commissioning and handover.</li></ul><h4>Asset Management Support</h4><ul><li>Support Asset Management teams in monitoring renewable asset performance, operational KPIs, lifecycle costs, O&M budgets, vendor obligations, and warranty claims.</li><li>Contribute to asset optimization, performance improvement, and continuous value creation initiatives.</li></ul><h4>Market Intelligence & Risk Management</h4><ul><li>Monitor market trends, supplier developments, industry dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential risks.</li><li>Provide recommendations on sourcing strategies, supplier diversification, and commercial risk mitigation measures.</li></ul><h4>Health, Safety, Security & Environmental (HSSE)</h4><ul><li>Champion a strong HSSE culture and ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, security, and environmental requirements.</li><li>Promote and enforce HSSE policies, standards, and best practices across procurement, logistics, and project execution activities.</li><li>Support the implementation of HSSE initiatives, risk mitigation measures, and continuous improvement programs to maintain a safe and sustainable working environment.</li></ul></div> Qualifications, Skills & Experience<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.</li><li>Minimum 8-10 years of procurement, sourcing, and contract management experience, including leadership responsibilities.</li><li>Proven experience in strategic sourcing, tender management, and contract negotiations, including EPC contracts, supply agreements, and long-term service agreements.</li><li>Strong contract management and supplier performance management experience.</li><li>Relevant experience in the renewable energy, power, utilities, infrastructure, or EPC sectors preferred.</li><li>Experience in project procurement, logistics, and project execution support.</li><li>Good understanding of project development, construction, commissioning, and operational handover processes.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.</li><li>Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Indonesia to effectively engage suppliers and stakeholders across regional markets.</li><li>Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Self-driven and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Familiarity with Indonesian
