Procurement Manager | 5 days | MNC | Automotive Electronics Industry - NY7
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the procurement team while driving talent development and enhancing overall team performance.
- Develop and manage global supplier networks for electronic components to ensure stable supply and timely delivery.
- Formulate procurement, sourcing, inventory, and cost optimisation strategies throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to support supplier selection and project delivery.
- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and supply chain risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Develop and continuously improve procurement SOPs, workflows, and governance processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of procurement management experience.
- Strong experience in electronic component procurement and supplier management.
- Familiarity with IATF 16949 or other automotive quality management systems is an advantage.
- Experience within the automotive electronics or electronics manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
