Your team welcomes you with open arms
As our new Procurement Manager in the Procurement & Outsourcing team in Warsaw, you will take ownership of a portfolio of procurement activities across renewals, supplier onboarding, sourcing and contract lifecycle management. You will work closely with stakeholders across Technology, Legal, Risk and Finance, independently managing procurement requests from initial request through to contract execution while ensuring the right commercial, contractual and governance considerations are properly addressed.
While much of your portfolio will focus on technology and operational services, including software, SaaS, professional services and outsourced providers, you'll also support procurement across a broader range of business spend.
This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong execution with commercial judgement. You'll independently manage procurement activities, challenge supplier proposals where appropriate, and deliver pragmatic recommendations that balance business needs, risk and value. You'll join a growing Procurement & Outsourcing function where processes, tooling and ways of working continue to evolve, giving you opportunities to help shape how procurement supports the business.
We offer a hybrid work model for our employees to allow for flexibility and productivity. However, we do expect you to spend most of your time in the office to build community and efficiency in the team.
Exciting work is waiting for you

- Challenge supplier pricing, renewal uplifts and commercial assumptions where appropriate
- Help shape procurement strategy with the Senior Procurement Manager, and take ownership of executing it across your assigned areas
- Build and maintain a pipeline of savings and value opportunities across assigned spend areas, including renewals, supplier consolidation, demand management and sourcing events
Procurement intake & coordination
- Recommend pragmatic procurement approaches based on business needs, risk and governance requirements, helping stakeholders navigate the procurement process efficiently

- Track actions and dependencies through to closure, setting clear expectations with stakeholders
- Governance, process & improvement
- Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements while applying a pragmatic and proportionate approach to governance
- Identify recurring request patterns and operational inefficiencies, proposing pragmatic process and tooling improvements
Things we’ll look for on your resume
To be the right candidate, you hold a university degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, or a similar field and have 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, contract management, or supplier governance, ideally within a fast-paced, regulated, or technology-driven environment.
You have experience independently managing technology procurement activities, including SaaS, software licensing, professional services, managed services, cloud, or infrastructure-related agreements, and a demonstrated track record of leading sourcing initiatives, supplier and contract negotiations, and renewals while delivering measurable commercial value. You bring strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities, challenge constructively, and balance business needs, risk considerations, and value creation.
Experience working in a regulated or controlled environment, with exposure to third-party risk and outsourcing frameworks such as DORA and the EBA Outsourcing Guidelines, is preferred. You are structured, analytical, and self-driven, with the ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into pragmatic procurement approaches, sourcing strategies, and commercial recommendations.
You are comfortable working autonomously, exercising sound commercial judgement, and knowing when to seek input on more complex or higher-risk matters. You proactively identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, supplier outcomes, and business value, and you are a clear and confident communicator with both internal stakeholders and suppliers, able to challenge constructively and remain calm under pressure
