- Lead supplier negotiations, business reviews, corrective actions, and escalations across pricing, payment terms, lead times, minimum-order quantities, service levels, and other commercial requirements.
- Track supplier performance against lead-time, on-time delivery, and in-full fulfillment targets, enforcing commitments while fostering professional relationships that support continuity and long-term value.
- Develop and maintain supplier scorecards that measure quality, cost, delivery, and partnership performance.

- Establish clear roles, priorities, service expectations, and performance measures for the team. Provide regular feedback and hold team members accountable for results.
- Balance workload, maintain appropriate category and supplier coverage, and ensure backup coverage for each position.
- Monitor open purchase orders, past-due commitments, shortages, lead-time changes, pricing discrepancies, and other exceptions; direct timely resolution and escalation.
- Promote a culture of ownership, urgency, disciplined follow-through, continuous improvement, and constructive cross-functional partnership.
Procurement Performance and Governance
- Translate demand, inventory, and production requirements into actionable purchasing priorities that support material availability and working-capital objectives.
